VENDOR ELIGIBILITY

Open to individual artists and craftsmen presenting original works and to farmers selling produce, canned goods and baked goods. Non-profit organizations may sell baked goods or items being sold to raise money for their organization. A limited number of resale and Commercial items of highest quality may be accepted. This show will be juried to maintain balance and variety. The Shindig reserves the right to reject any display that is not in keeping with the examples submitted.

REGISTRATION: PRE-PAY ONLY

  • Vendors MUST Pre-Register and Pre-Pay to Participate.

  • Booth Fee: $50 for 10x10 space OR if you reserve for 2 or more events, and pay for them in advance, the fee is only $40

  • Some events have a higher booth fee to cover additional expenses associated with that event.

  • All registration forms must be accompanied by photos or e-mailed photos, or a web address with photos.

  • The photo requirement is waived if you are a returning vendor and have previously submitted photos of your work to the Shindig. 

  • SPACES: 10x10 open spaces only. You provide your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc. 

  • There is no electricity or water available. Some events have an exception and there is an additional cost involved.

  • Applications must be turned in at least 2 days before the event date.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • Our events usually run from 10:00 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m.

  • Vendors may set up as early as 8:00 a.m.

  • Vendors can not break down any sooner than a half hour before the end of the event.

  • Parking is often limited due to the nature of the event.

  • Vendors may be asked to move their vehicles after setting up. 

  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area as they found it, any damages may incur a repair/replacement fee.

  • Events that happen over more than one day, will include the option to camp overnight.

  • Camping is primitive and must be a self contained unit such as a tent or RV.

  • No RV hook-ups are available. Bathrooms are available. No showers at this time.

The Shindig and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.

By submitting to the Vendor Space Agreement below, I agree to abide by any regulation or reasonable request published or asked by The Shindig. There will be no refunds should bad weather occur.

GENERAL RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

For and in consideration of the Shindig, hereinafter referred to collectively as The Shindig, permitting ourselves, our spouses, our children, our relatives, and/or our guests, to enjoy all activities and facilities of the Shindig events, Bandera County, Texas. I hereby release the Shindig, their agents and employees from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against The Shindig, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with The Shindig, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of The Shindig, their agents and employees.

I further agree to hold harmless The Shindig, their agents and employees, from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I, my spouse, my children, my relatives, and/or my guests ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against The Shindig, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with The Shindig, Bandera county, Texas, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, acts, omissions, or negligence of The Shindig, their agents and employees.
