VENDOR ELIGIBILITY

Open to individual artists and craftsmen presenting original works and to farmers selling produce, canned goods and baked goods. Non-profit organizations may sell baked goods or items being sold to raise money for their organization. A limited number of resale and Commercial items of highest quality may be accepted.

Our events are juried to maintain balance and variety.

Guilds of Requiem, Inc reserves the right to reject any vendor set-up/display that is not in keeping with the examples submitted.

CHECK-IN WILL NOT HAVE A MONEY BOX NOR THE MEANS TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS AT THE EVENT

PRE-REGISTRATION & PRE-PAY ONLY - Non Food Vendors

SPACES: 10x10 (actual size is 12' x 12' to allow for tie-downs)

  • Booth Fee: $50 for one day

  • OR sign up for both days for $85!

 

SPACES: 10x20 (actual size is 12' Wide x 22' Deep to allow for tie-downs)

  • Booth Fee: $75 for one day

  • OR sign up for both days for $100!

 

All Vendors

Any vendor application, for taxable products/services, that does not include a Texas State Sales Tax Permit Number will be denied.

Vendors are responsible for having their own business insurance. 

Please allow 3-5 business days to hear a response back and confirmation of invoicing.

  • You provide your own canopy, tables, chairs, etc.

  • Canopies/tents must be anchored down in such a manner that it does not impede pedestrian traffic

  • We do not have any additional volunteers to assist vendors with canopy set-up/take down

  • All registration forms must be accompanied by photos or e-mailed photos, or a web address with photos.

  • Payment must be be made no later than 27 April 2022

  • All fees are non-refundable - unless we cancel the event

  • Our event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. both days

  • Vendors may set up as early as Noon Friday Set-up is available

  • There is no overnight security being offered this year - leave merchandise at your own risk

  • Vendors can not break down any sooner than the end of the event each day

  • If you have an emergency that requires you to leave early, contact a staff member at the Guilds of Requiem Canopy

  • Vendors must unload completely, park their vehicle, and then start setting up

  • Vendors will be asked to move their vehicles after unloading. 

  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area as they found it, any damages may incur a repair/replacement fee

  • An 8:00 PM "Cleanliness check" will be made each day - any vending area that we need to do excessive cleaning of, will be assessed a $20 fee per incident -Having trash bags set to the side for us to pick-up with the cart will be acceptable

  • We do ask vendors to dress appropriately for a Ren Faire (any era) or Fantasy Garb (Elves, Fairies, etc.)

  • Adding a Ren Faire flair to your booth set-up is highly encouraged

  • Vendors are responsible for having the appropriate licenses to conduct business in the State of Texas, collect State of Texas Sales Taxes, and their own appropriate insurance

  • We do require your Texas Sales Tax Permit number as a part of registration

Guilds of Requiem, Inc, The Pomarosa RV Park and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.

By submitting to the Vendor Space Agreement below, I agree to abide by any regulation or reasonable request published or asked by The Red Horse Saloon. There will be no refunds should bad weather occur.

GENERAL RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

       For and in consideration of Guilds of Requiem, Inc, The Pomarosa RV Park, and its affiliates, located in Bandera County, Texas, hereinafter referred to collectively as "Event Hosts", permitting ourselves, our spouses, our children, our relatives, and/or our guests, to enjoy all activities and facilities of event hosts I hereby release the Event Hosts, their agents and employees from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Event Hosts, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of The Red Horse Saloon, their agents and employees.

 

        I further agree to hold harmless the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I, my spouse, my children, my relatives, and/or my guests ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Event Hosts, Bandera county, Texas, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, acts, omissions, or negligence of the Event Hosts, their agents and employees.

Vendor Agreement

 

This form is for all vendors who are selling products they create themselves.  This event will not include any DS/MLM Affiliate sales or retail sales of mass produced items, with exception of Renaissance Faire Related items.
