Operation Teddy Bear Hugs

Operation: Teddy Bear Hugs is a heartwarming initiative by Guilds of Requiem, Inc., managed by Space Station Requiem Science Fiction Fan Club, and is based in Pipe Creek, Texas. It’s an annual stuffed animal toy drive designed to support area first responders by providing them with teddy bears and plush toys to give to children and families in crisis.

Purpose

To bring comfort, healing, and emotional support to children experiencing trauma, fear, or distress.
Teddy bears are distributed to first responders (like police, fire, and EMS) who encounter children in difficult situations.
The soft, cuddly toys serve as a symbol of safety and love, helping children feel less alone during emergencies.

How You Can Help

Donate new or gently loved teddy bears.
Participate in local collection events or contact Guilds of Requiem directly to contribute.
Volunteers may also help with sorting, packaging, or delivering bears to first responder agencies.
