Why are sponsors important to event venues?
Sponsors help keep over all costs of events low, so that we can:
Offer FREE attendance!
Ensure our volunteers are taken care of
and show community unity.
What levels of sponsorships do you have?
We have kept the dollar amounts simple and tiered so as to ensure that their is mutual value to everyone at every level of increased sponsorship.
What are your levels and what do they get me and my business?
Vendor (With paid booth space): social media adverts on the page and in the FB group upon receipt of payment - This is standard for all vendors and part of the Guilds of Requiem transparency and fairness policy. It is part of the reason why we ask for product photos in the vendor application process.
Non vendor: $50 - Business or an Individual's name on flyer and social media adverts (where appropriate).
10 x 10 Promotional booth space for your business, 2 social media posts, logo (sm) on printed materials*, MC shout out at the event, and 1 social media shout out after the event.
10 x 10 Promotional booth space for your business, 3 social media posts, social media hashtag on some of the posts, name/logo (sm) on printed material*, a MC shootout during the event, 30 day hotlink on our website, and 1 shout out after the event.
10 x 20 Promotional booth space for your business, social media hashtag on posts, 4 social media posts with 2 of them specific to the sponsor, name/logo (med) on printed material*, MC shout outs during the event, hotlink on our website to your web presence for 60 days and 2 additional shout outs after the event.
10 x 20 Promotional Booth space for your business, social media hashtag on all posts, 5 social media posts with 3 of them specific to the sponsor, name/logo (lg) on all printed material*, MC "shout outs" during the event, 90 days "hotlink" from our website to your web presence plus 2 additional shout outs after the event.
* Printed materials have a deadline of April 1st, 2022 *
$500 and up - a business can provide a banner for us to display at the event
Businesses, or individuals, wishing to contribute more, please contact us on how we can best express our gratitude!
Sponsors are responsible for their own canopy, tables, chairs, and set-up/take-down at the event
Sponsorship can be paid via PayPal (RequiemRanch@gmail.com), Venmo (@GuildsofRequiem), or we can arrange to have someone pick up cash/check from your place of business
