"Back to Eden" was a transformational video in how we view "gardening". We were already on the road to natural gardening with utilizing biodynamic and permacultural methods in how we approached growing food the way nature intended. The length of the video was a bit daunting, at first, but the depth of the information presented and how growing food and being connected to the Earth is a very spiritual journey is well worth it.

The book is written in everyday language that everyone can understand and begin to use from day one. It was also written by students of Dr. Elaine Ingham, a pioneer in chemical-free gardening.
