Raw Beans are shipped to us from Mount Elgon to be requiem roasted for you. We leave the beans whole, so that you can enjoy that fresh flavanoids that are released when you grind the coffee. Our process is a slow roast method using old world techniques on cast iron flat pans. This gives a full bodied flavor allowing all of the subtle notes to simmer through.
