FOOD TRUCK VENDOR ELIGIBILITY

Vendors who prepare food on site, will need to complete this application.  If you are unsure of which form to use, please contact RenFaireofBanderaCounty@Gmail.com.

Preference will be given to Food Trucks/Vendors who have "period" or Ren Faire offerings.

Our events are juried to maintain balance and variety.

Guilds of Requiem, Inc and Pomarosa RV Park reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave

if they are selling alcoholic beverages.

Per request of the property owners: No Vendors will be allowed to sell alcohol

Any vendor application, for taxable products/services, that does not include a Texas State Sales Tax Permit Number and Health Inspection Permit will be denied.

Vendors are responsible for having their own business insurance.

PRE-REGISTRATION & PRE-PAY ONLY

The Food Court area will be up the hill and in RV spaces 7 -9 and 16 -18

Price now includes electricity hook ups!!

 

Food Trucks

  • Food Truck spot: $100 for one day OR sign up for both days for $150!

  • Food Trucks are allotted one large RV space (11, 16, 17, or 18)'

 

Food Vendors

  • Food Vendors under canopies - $75 for one day or $125 for both days.

  • Space allotment is half of an RV site (12 and 13) 

  • All registration forms must be accompanied by photos of your set up 

  • Payment must be be made no later than 27 April 2022

  • No Payments will be accepted at the Check-in gate

  • Guaranteed spot and advertising of your presence begins once payment is received

  • All fees are non-refundable - unless we cancel the event

  • Our event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days

  • Vendors may set up as early as 8:00 a.m. - Friday Set-up is also available

  • There is a key controlled gate and food court is by the camp ground offices

  • For safety reasons, Vendors can not break down any sooner than the end of the event each day

  • If you have an emergency that requires you to leave early, contact a staff member at the Guilds of Requiem Canopy

  • Additional Vehicles will be asked to park  of the designated event areas and con not block egress by residents, 

emergency vehicles, or occupy an RV site.  

  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area as they found it, any damages may incur a repair/replacement fee

  • We do ask vendors to dress appropriately for a Ren Faire (any era)

  • Adding a Ren Faire flair to your Food Truck/Booth set-up is highly encouraged

  • Food Truck Operators are responsible for having a current TXDHS Food Inspection, Sales Tax Permit, and appropriate insurance

Guilds of Requiem, Inc, The Pomarosa RV Park, and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.

By submitting to the Food Truck Vendor Space Agreement below, I agree to abide by any regulation or reasonable request published or asked by The Red Horse Saloon. There will be no refunds should bad weather occur.

GENERAL RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

       For and in consideration of Guilds of Requiem, Inc, The Pomarosa RV Park, and its affiliates, located in Bandera County, Texas, hereinafter referred to collectively as "Event Hosts", permitting ourselves, our spouses, our children, our relatives, and/or our guests, to enjoy all activities and facilities of event hosts I hereby release the Event Hosts, their agents and employees from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Event Hosts, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of The Red Horse Saloon, their agents and employees.

 

        I further agree to hold harmless the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I, my spouse, my children, my relatives, and/or my guests ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Event Hosts, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Event Hosts, Bandera county, Texas, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, acts, omissions, or negligence of the Event Hosts, their agents and employees.
